No Smoking in Public Places Law
A Law to provide for the Regulation of smoking in public places and connected purposes was enacted on February 17th 2014 by the Lagos State House of Assembly.
The regulation imposes a State-wide ban on smoking in public places, enclosed areas and vehicles, etc where non-smokers may be unduly exposed to cigarette smoke.
