The Information Communication Technology (ICT) Unit of the Agency serves to provide, coordinate, and facilitate the use of technology and information resources to the satisfaction of the Agency.
The ICT Unit of the Agency, as mandated by Lagos State Ministry of Science and Technology seeks to harness emerging technologies to facilitate the vision and mission of the Agency.

The ICT Unit values the Vision, Mission and Core Values of the Agency (LASEPA) as outlined in the policy that created the unit in accordance with the HOS Circular Ref.No: CIR/HOS/08/VOL.1/147 of October, 2008 i.e Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Courage and Respect for diversity among others.
