The Accounts Department is a vital department in the Agency and has been part of the Agency’s success story, the functions being:

Functions

1. Ensuring safe-keeping of the Agency’s funds;

2. Ensuring proper recording of all Accounting Records;

3. Updating all record books of the Agency;

4. Payment of staff monthly salaries;

5. Filling of reports to third parties in the prescribed form and on timely basis;

6. Opening and up-keeping of cash books; and

7. Ensuring thorough reconciliation and preparation of reconciled accounts
