The Lagos State Government in partnership with the US Consulate, Lagos on Friday held an air quality advocacy walk and interactive session to further create awareness on air pollution and measures of tackling it.

The walk had in attendance the Actg. Consular General, Commissioner for Health, Prof. Akin Abayomi, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of the Environment; Dr Tajudeen Gaji, the General Manager, LASEPA, Dr Dolapo Fasawe, the FRSC Sector Commander, Corps Comdr. Olusegun Ogungbemide, representative of Oba Abdul Wasiu Lawal, the Oniru of Iru Land, Chief Olumide Oniru, Managing Director, LASAA, Prince Adedamola Docemo, the Director, Admin & Human Resource from the office of the Special Adviser on Transportation, Mr Ogunfile Kehinde, NGOs and CSOs amongst others.
